Alright let's try this again 1FTFW1E57MFA77177. Was in the shop again today and they replaced the battery and say they updated everything they could. Sync version still is 21146 which has not changed. They said it had a APIM error code.

Yes have fordpass connected to the truck.

Yeah its there right now. They are adamant that everything up to date.

So unfortunately the local dealer claims they cannot update anything and everything is up to date. So I guess it's just forever stuck.
