Ok update 19 Feb 2025. My dealership is telling me Ford Engineers are adamant its the right windshield previously installed. They did change it anyway and the HUD works as advertised. The wrong window was installed by a repair shop due to damage during shipment.

So after having the dealership look at the truck and verify the incorrect window was indeed installed. They have placed a new window on order. I was told it is on backorder for 4-5 weeks. I will submit an updated picture of the HUD when the correct window is installed

I have an appointment with the dealership on Wednesday to have it “inspected”. I will post pics of the double image later today

My apologies i have a 24 F150 Lariat with the HUD. The PN you listed is the correct glass. I have had a double image since i bought the truck.

i believe this window is from a 24 F250. I have an appointment with Ford as this truck was delivered with this window installed. I found out that the window was replaced during transport. I was looking to confirm as i hate assuming something with no proof. I believe the PN for the window...

so what will happen to the vehicles at Manheim, PDR, salvage title, sent back to ford?

I get the storms but not the 2 months sitting at Manheim. Then being told its totaled without any visible damage. This is the frustrating part

Same. I live in omaha and have been up there several times to look through the fence.

i have not seen it. i have asked for pictures. Both Ford Marketing and Ford chat show nothing on the vehicle for damage. The truck has not connected via ford pass app yet.

I ordered a 24 F150 Lariat in Dec. it arrived in Omaha in Jun and has been sitting at Manheim Auto Auctions for the last 2 months along with 800+ new fords. Now i get a call from my dealership saying the truck was totaled during shipment. Ford Chat has not been helpful nor the inconsistent...

Woohoo i got a scheduling email today. Ordered 21 Dec. June 3 production date

I just ordered a second Lariat Apr 6 and was able to have the PAT removed, confirmed with the dealership also.
