Yes it was broken. Bolt rattling around in there but its the movement that I think that is causing the noise. Its able to move side to side which is why I think you don't hear it all the time. Mine was well worn so no telling how long it was broken. Had mine fixed last may. Mine was covered...

I'm almost positive its the max tow bolt. I had that same noise. Check your rear passenger side bolt. Pop the center cap off and look. Its really noticeable next to a building or in a parking garage.

That's what I mean, under there it shows last date Dec 1 6.3.0. On my truck screen under updates it shows last update was 6.4.0.

Anyone have the issue with the truck and the app not on same page? My ford app says 6.3.0 was last update but truck shows 6.4.0 is the last update.
