I have both on this and my previous F150. My dealer just put me a loaner. My last truck was in for 35 strait days and I had a new Expedition for the entire time. .
Retired now. Was a VP of IT for a grocery store chain, then director of operations for a computer technology company. I still consult about 5. Hours a week.
I have a 2021 3.5eco Max Tow and also a utility trailer used to haul brush, law mower, etc.
When I attach my trailer to my truck using a B&W three ball hitch the lights will not work and the truck does not detect the trailer.
if I attach the trailer to the truck using a standard Reese hitch...
Glad you enjoyed your trip and your truck.
i have 2021 that I took a 4200 mile round trip in last year and in the past I have owned several brands of “luxury” SUVs and the F150 is by far the best travel vehicle I have ever owned. The ride, space, and amenities cannot be beat.
The owners manual says it is a SP578, but Ford replaced that part with SP594.
Parts store websites say that plug does not fit a 2021, but Ford parts site says it fits a build from 10/20/20-7/5/21.
I have searched the net and am confused on which plug fits the job 1 3.5 eco. It seems it changed mid year. My truck was build in November 2020.
My fabulous dealer wanted $858.00 to replace them. I laughed at him. I will do it myself once I get the plugs. I want to use original motorcraft...
My 21 had that recall. They ruined the original during the reinstall (still usable, but with a permanent black streak across the bottom). It took 6 months for the replacement to come in and be installed.
I was there today having my wife’s Edge’ oil changed. I ask for a ballpark estimate and they said $600. But then again they wanted $185 to replace the swollen lug nuts on her car.
I have a 2021 3.5 ECOBOOST and it is due for its 60k maintenance. The schedule says it needs to have new spark plugs installed. Has anyone had this done at a dealer and if so, what was the cost?
