Yup, I've got the same. I'm thinking of doing this mod too since prices have come down from what they used to be.
@Evill Ed Can you point me in the direction of the install thread?
Just had this done on my 2022. It's a quick job, maybe 2 hours. Only issue is the availability of parts. Took two months for the axles to come in after initial visit. Now that they are adding 23-25 trucks, I imagine part availability is going to get substantially worse.
Took my truck in on June 9th for the recall. Bolts were not broken. They still ordered the new axles and only one came in and said the axles were now all backordered. They called on Aug. 1 to tell me the other axle came in so I took it Monday the 4th and they replaced both of them in about 2 hours.
I would love to have a better suspension setup for my 22' F150. Navigating all of the potholes, and deer camps I frequent would be a huge help in how the truck handles as well as all of the towing I do.
Just read this article if not posted already. Also has a 25 minute video. I personally have the Falken Wildpeaks and they are the best tire I've ever owned at this point. Handle very well in wet conditions but we do not get much wintry weather here in Mississippi...
See if it's your resonator. Mine rattled just as you described and would rattle even when you would just shut a door. It did this right after I bought it brand new. I've seen installed a resonator delete pipe and the rattle is gone, obviously.
I think certain settings make a big difference in how the stereo sounds. I can put my radio on level 15 and it's very loud. Certain songs have better bass than others. Make sure you have the surround sound setting enabled. Turn the speed compensation setting to High. And I equalize with the bass...
I have a creak noise where you grab the interior door handle area. If my knee rests against the door, it makes it worse. I haven't found any way to remedy the creaking noise.
