In the order guide it says if pro-access tailgate is chosen the rear applique is removed.... so no split rear applique for the pro-access tailgate. That is what order guide said but you never know because they have made changes that werent noted in order guide and/or changed on the fly!
The factory Hankook AT2s have lasted between 24,000 to 36,000 miles on my current and previous trucks. I have always been happy with the AT2s but last time I went with the Hankook AT2 Xtreme and I am very happy with them. The tires weigh a little bit more than AT2 but no changes to MPG worth...
I completely forgot to update... I ended up replacing this filter in late June/early July..... I did this because it was going to be very hot & humid and I wanted to make sure my AC was running at peak performance. So I got about 9 months out of it and I replaced with the same air filter.
Yes...
I have been using 3D printers for about 15 years... designed and built two units. I currently use Markforged printers, a Mark two and X7 industrial. Per entry level unit... I would primarily look at the Bambu labs printers.
The reason I use the Markforged units is because their Onyx filament...
Likewise, I am in the BETA for the android app and PPOB was present in the 5.22 release. I am unsure if it was actually functional but I did report that after going to the PPOB tab/button the "more information" icon did nothing.... The day after PPOB was removed. Likely in development for...
Yes, mine does do the light up sequence as it is shown on Putco's website.
Putco makes the factory emblem for Ford and they also sell the identical product because they are officially licensed Ford aftermarket products.
Ford didn't want the startup sequence on the factory installed units or for...
Interesting, they must have changed up the plug-n-play headlight harness.... because originally the OEM/Putco harnesses we only on with the headlights.... which I did verify on a couple of trucks that had it from the factory. Actually, I checked a 24 truck shortly before I decided to go with the...
The only reason I didn't want to use the OEM/Putco plug-n-play harness is because the emblem will only illuminate when the headlights are on. With the Starkey harness the emblem is connected to parking lights circuit, emblem illuminates with remote start and also turns on with the approach...
I did not tap into a fuse because I did not want to modify the fuse box or fuse box lid to get the wires into the box. I did look into taping the headlight harness DRL wires but they are actually a PWM signal not a typical +12V when the DRLs are on. The PWM signal doesn't work well without...
The BAP emblem do look very similar between 22 & 24... only major difference was the removal of the camera spray nozzle and I believe that started in 23...
Regardless, here are two pictures of the illuminated emblem... during day light
First picture emblem is not illuminated
Second picture...
Two different things, I have the BAP and this is what the BAP black front emblem looks like... I will get a picture in a little bit of my LED emblem when not illuminated in a little bit!
It is the front emblem, if your front emblem is black plastic and there is no chrome or blue color then you have it. The factory way it is set up is that it will only be on(illuminate) when the headlights are on.
I added the emblem on my 2022 but I used a different headlight harness that used...

I looked at the order guides for 2022 and CCD cannot be ordered with FX4.... and CCD is not offered on 501A.... only on 502A but it still cannot be ordered with FX4 package
There are some sellers on Ebay selling brand new Putco illuminated front emblems at more reasonable prices. But, make sure to confirm they authorized online resellers for Putco products. There is a link at the bottom of the page below that has a spreadsheet of all the online authorized...
