That is my issue it will not even let me get to the login section. This pops up immediately and if I hit cancel it closes

@rugedraw I bought a 2 day license trough the new method but as soon as I launch FDRS it prompts for a license key and does not let me login at all.

I have a '24 with the pro access tailgate and 2 of my push rivets have gone missing. I'm having a heck of time finding the part # as many ford sites list the same push rivet/pin as the same part. They are definitely not the same.

Yes several of us with 24s have run into this problem. The battery disconnect fixed it and was able to complete the update on the second try

Nobody that I've seen has been able to pinpoint it. Some have even had the actuator replaced and it did not fix it.

Yes unfortunately this is normal, many forums on this topic. I really noticed for the first 6 months now I've tuned it out for the most part but when it catches my attention it drives me nuts.
