I replaced mine with Sumosprings after removing the block. 1000 lb variety. It helps to cushion the ride greatly under load. Just ran an 800 lb crate in the back and it was like it was never there.

Well final answer. The dealership worked with Ford all day Friday and a new version for the Tow/Haul software was downloaded to replace the version sent out on Sept 23rd. It fixed the TBC chattering issue on my 2025. The truck is back in my driveway. My original and replacement TB controller...
