***Update*** Truck was in the dealership for 3 weeks. They tried updating it, didn't work. Tried replacing the wiring, didn't work. They were going back and forth with Ford about replacing the TCU but the Ford engineers insisted it did not need a new one and that it was something else...

Very much appreciated! I will take it by the dealer and give them this information. When I did that before they just said it needed a software update and should work now (it didn't). Crazy how this forum is so much more helpful than the Ford dealership.
