After unauthorized from my truck to the ap, reinstalled. I am still getting the sleep mode. Taking to dealer next Tuesday to see if it’s draining the battery attempting to download the doomed software.
Same thing here. All of a sudden. Least we know it’s not just us. I actually reset my setting to delete ford pass from the touchscreen then deleted Ford pass app, re downloaded on my phone and reactivated it to my truck. Going on about 4 hours.

I have the same issue started a few days ago plus I am getting a deep sleep mode alter, and no lights or anything will come on when getting close. My truck cranks fine and will stay normal for a few hours. No auto update toggle allowed. This does blow.
