This is 100% my thinking. Im looking for cosmetic protection against someones foot slipping off the brake at a stop light, or going through a merge when Im still waiting in front of them, etc. I know its not going to help in a legitimate impact
Hey all, I got rear ended by a high school kid the other day. Fortunately, it was just a "kiss" with a barely noticeable scratch.
Im looking for a trailer hitch that will act as sort of a bumper/barrier to getting lightly rear ended.
Id rather have the person at fault end up with a busted...
I really hope to NEVER be contributing to this thread with my "new" truck.
I came over from a 21 Laramie 1500. I LOVED that truck, but it was totaled in a big accident. Not my fault. Guy turned left on a flashing yellow, and somehow didnt see me coming at 60mph. My light had been green for...
Man, my drivers side DRL just burned out. My extended warranty says its covered. Im going to try to get it replaced during my next oil change. I HATE seeing that dark brown light, while the other side is intense white
I will say that the tech in Ford is lightyears ahead of Ram. At least going from my 21 Laramie, to my current 21 Lariat. Comparable trims levels, but I am super impressed with all of the tech.
Yeah, Ive been a Ram guy for the last 20 years ( 3 trucks) Not a single one of them ever gave me a problem. Except a bad fuel pump at 181K miles. Their interiors are WAY BETTER than Fords. Its not even close. Much more comfortable, squeak free cabin.
I only came over to Ford because my last...
Waterfowler is a smart dude! He was a Ram guy first, and did CRAZY mods to his Rebel. Things I would never dream of attempting on my own. My Ram got totaled (not my fault) and I got an F150. Was surprised to see he was now in a Raptor, and on the Ford forums
I had the same issue as you for about a month. Groceries would just slide uncontrollably driving home. I actually had a gallon of milk knock open.
Anyway, I got a cargo net for the bed of the truck. Its "2 sided" so it ends up basically being a deep hammock for my groceries. I just drop the...
I use a $25 hand held air gun (works amazingly) for all the crevices in my truck. They have brush attachments, etc.
Then I bought a pack of needles on amazon. $3 for a pack of 25. I mean needles like they put on syringes 21G. You can safely and effectively clean every single hole if youd...
Thanks for the peace of mind. I "knew" aluminum didnt rust, but the discoloration was giving me visions of a rusted through roof that would effectively ruin the truck. Leaking, weakening, etc
