My truck is still pending pick up for the hour long drive to my dealer. When asked when that might happen, dealer responded “impossible to say, they are running a skeleton crew over there.” ?‍♂️

My truck has been sitting in New Orleans "pending pickup" for the approximately one hour trip to my dealer for a week now. It is one of 15 vehicles pending pickup for delivery to my dealer. The wait goes on .....

Well, I can report that (according to Norfolk Southern tracing) my truck was delivered to New Orleans at 2:00 this morning. Who knows how long it will take to get unloaded there (or even to the right yard for that), then delivered to my dealer on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I am sorry for those...

Hope the shipping is fast. My Platinum was released for shipping on 3/18 (11/19 order date). It did not ship until a last Wednesday, and is till on a train between Michigan and New Orleans.

United Roads still shows inactive. I have been calling the Norfolk Southern number with my rail car number (got it from dealer), but no updates since the May 16, 3:20 a.m. loaded on a flat car in Kentucky. Do you know what stops are made, or how long it takes to get from the Kentucky auto center...

Called the Norfolk Southern tracer number, says my truck left on a rail flat car from somewhere in Kentucky (sounded like "Morlan Scanner") at 3:20 a.m. on May 16. Wonder how long it takes to get from there to New Orleans?

So Ford sent an email that my truck “shipped” a week ago. But it still doesn’t show up as traceable in Palsapp or United Roads. Dealer advises truck is at Ramp 58 in Melvindale, Michigan - and is very unlikely to meet the 5/22 delivery ETA ?

So, I got an email from Ford on Tuesday saying my truck shipped. Order Track also showed it it is "in transit," though the destination is still blank and vehicle status still shows "ASN". Palsapp still shows "pending" with destination listed as "null", and United Roads still shows "inactive"...

My dealer would not let me sign or lock in anything when I ordered in November. Said he could not do anything until the truck came in :(

Still think it is strange that our windows are a day apart (mine was May1-7), but get pushed back on the same date (mine got pushed to May 16-22).
