Canadian Vehicles Ordered/Delays/Delivery Dates

I was wondering if you could check if there is any additional details other than "Awaiting Shipment" for my truck please? It has been sitting like this for a couple weeks now and I am worried its a chip shortage issue rather than just actually waiting to get on a truck.

You have the same ETA dates as I do, although mine was released on June 29. My theory is that those will get shipped sometime between tomorrow and the end of the week, following the 4th of July weekend. Since Ford usually underpromises and overdelivers on the ETAs, it might be fairly quick. From another "awaiting shipment", I'm hoping this is just a normal holiday related delay and we'll get our trucks soon!

I am hoping that you are right. My dealer is a 4 hour truck ride from the plant and he said the day it ships it generally shows up next day. So I am eagerly awaiting a "In transit" update haha. But being as its been over a week of waiting for shipment I wondered if I may be waiting for a microchip or something.

Next week I’m going to contact the dealership 1 more time. The only reason it’s so frustrating is because when a clients is trying to contact you for 12 weeks and you ignore them, it just becomes unprofessional at that point. It’s understandable that everyone is busy when it comes to work but intentionally ignoring a client is just not professional at all.

I went the FaceBook route. Sent a message, got a reply back within the hour Asking for my details… and another hour later an email from the district manager

Great looking truck and seeing yours delivered today is giving me hope!! My truck shipped out June 28th and checking with the dealer everyday haha! Did yours ship from Dearborn or KC?

I agree ordered my Lariat 502a Max tow on 01/22 blend was 03/31, production was 04/19, shipped on 06/29 and delivered to Fraser this morning probably on the same hauler with yours! Seems like they are moving now! Get to use for camping in 2 weeks.
