As a counterpoint, I also have 3 open cases with customer care and I have left 4 voicemails at the Executive Office (first one before I had a customer care case, next 3 with a case number). No one from the Executive Office has responded to me. Customer Care never responded after creating each case. And there has been no progress on my truck since Produced 3/17.I think it is the latter, I also did the same, 3 cases with Customer Care then another with the Executive Office. After my last contact with them, mine kicked loose two days later. My dealer also did at least one trace as I called every week on Tuesday.
