Two weeks ago there was a fordpass outage which at that time i didn't know. i thought my app was messed up, so i tried resetting the fordpass access on the truck and removed the truck from my account. During this time i couldn't add my truck because i still didnt know there was a outage. I finally figured it out when someone posted about it on one of the FB groups. I was able to re-add my truck to my account at the end of the day and noticed bluecruise is missing from the connected services on the fordpass app. I also don't get the bluecruise notification on my truck when i'm on a known previously working route. I tried reaching out to connected services and fordpass tech and both of them are pointing fingers at each other. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm almost tempted to delete the truck and reset it again from my acct to see what happens. Thanks
