blue cruise disappeared?

Two weeks ago there was a fordpass outage which at that time i didn't know. i thought my app was messed up, so i tried resetting the fordpass access on the truck and removed the truck from my account. During this time i couldn't add my truck because i still didnt know there was a outage. I finally figured it out when someone posted about it on one of the FB groups. I was able to re-add my truck to my account at the end of the day and noticed bluecruise is missing from the connected services on the fordpass app. I also don't get the bluecruise notification on my truck when i'm on a known previously working route. I tried reaching out to connected services and fordpass tech and both of them are pointing fingers at each other. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm almost tempted to delete the truck and reset it again from my acct to see what happens. Thanks

Did you ever get this resolved, mine disappeared as well. I do have an open case with Ford but they said it could take 5 days for the back end group to reply.

Something wonky is going on with Connected Services. I have an active BlueCruise subscription. While everything works fine in the truck, if I log into my account, it shows BlueCruise with a subscription date of 05/27/2027, but the button below it says "Renew". If I click the button, it gives me an error. Doesn't matter to me as long as it keeps working in the truck.

I would disconnect the negative battery cable for 20 minutes and reconnect to force a hard reset of all the modules. It may not do anything to help the cause, but it certainly won't hurt, either.

You can, yes. However, it would be tedious to go reset module by module instead of just doing a battery pull. There are some cases (an issue caused by a recent GWM OTA comes to mind) where resetting the modules with FORScan doesn't work, but a battery pull does.

I have a remote cut-off switch installed on my battery solely for this purpose. I do a battery disconnect every few months just for the hell of it.

Makes sense - I'll see if I can do it tonight we I'm back home. Can't hurt like you said.

Yes they got mine back, if I remember it was well over a week. I would definitely call in to get a case started.

mine eventually came back on its own. fordpass support was essentially useless.
