Your list is below. The truck is on Sync 23159 which is now quite old and two versions behind the latest one. However, you do not show a GWM pending you would need to be able to continue along the update process. This is a known issue with no fix. Ford has to get their sh*t together and release this update for the affected vehicles. This affect all Fords and not just F150's. You can still get an OTA for one of the ones you see pending below.

The dealer can, but most likely won't as they cannot bill Ford labor hours for updating modules unless there is a recall or a specific problem that doing an update will fix. Even if they wanted to, they can't update the GWM because Ford would need to release the update for your VIN first.

That OTA is very new; it was first reported last month. You are not showing an IPC update pending at this time.

Could you check my current situation with respect to getting the “23-PU0904-PPO-PRP” update? I’m taking my truck in on Monday for some other things and would like to press this issue with them if possible. Been 8 months and still haven’t received it via OTA updates.

From looking at that, Sync 23291 is only one version behind the latest Sync version that was just released for some trucks in September. I can check for you, but message me the VIN and remove the pic with the VIN from the post, please.

@bigredaggie Modules pending updates are below. OTA history is only recorded for 60 days. The only OTA it shows is 6.5.0 installing on 9/13 and nothing before or after that. The update you mentioned before was an IPC update and you do show an IPC update pending.

Lot's up pending updates for your truck. It seems to be talking to the cloud just fine.....impossible to see why the OTA's seems to have bottlenecked and stopped coming in.

Thank you, @rugedraw . My understanding was that Synch 23159 tends to freeze up OTA's? Looks like I'll need to plan on doing the FDRS manual updates, which was what I suspected. Thank you again!
