Just got off the phone with my salesman as we try to align some accessories, mud flaps, bug deflector, wheel well liners.

Truck is on schedule to be at the dealership between May 16 and 22nd and was not held up by any part shortages. ?

Mine still shows in-production status with tracker ETA of 5/17/21 but my dealer most recently told me they hadn't received a new truck in ~1.5-2 months and didn't expect it anytime soon. I hope he is wrong.

Interesting. Your dealer, which is 30km down the road from mine is both more confident and more knowledgable than mine. Mine keeps saying they have no idea when my truck will arrive and they're still waiting for October orders. They don't seem to think the ETA on my order is meaningful at all.

But I'm going to hope that my truck and @cghall77 is on the same truck/train up to Ontario!

He was able to tell it was on the way in his system or that was just his guesstimate?

Not sure what tools these sales folks have access too. Seems to be very hit and miss from dealer to dealer on what they have access to which is strange. On sales guy says he doesn't have access to the build status and its only sales manager and others had the access. He was sending me confirmation email that they will be seeing the truck arrive next week, time to order accessories and need to get my down payment in order.

Interesting, I am in Ontario and my date is May 23rd, like yours, the tracker shows no ship date or transit date. Hopefully mine will be delivered as well! My salesman did tell it was a good sign that my truck was released to Cassens, whatever that means.

So for one reason I am still doubtful. I pulled Cghall77's window sticker and at the top right hand corner it has the following letters above the columns. CERT-ULT TRD-C RAMP-R. I've noticed many of the completed trucks have this on the window sticker. My window sticker only has an R above RAMP, I truly think my truck is waiting for parts. Maybe it will still be shipped in time but who knows. I will know more on the 17th likely.

They typically update weekly, even if there are no changes.

Copied from another forum. FYI this is fairly technical.

This works in Chrome

Go to https://fleet.ford.com/dealerships/
Right click, select Inspect or CTRL-SHFT-I
Set Inspect screen to Network. You will be looking for the "Dealers.json?..." line.

Now that you're setup, search for your dealer in the normal site screen.

Return to the Inspect-Network screen. Right click "Dealers.json?...", move to Copy, Copy response.

Paste that into a text editor. Look for "Cupid". That's the Sales code.

FYI.... the api_key value doesn't seem to modify over time, refresh, or browser. It may be hard-set.

I've validated that it returns correctly for MY dealer...with the exception that it's listed as "F" instead of "C". My order was listed under C, when Pioneer searched for it.

Tried to follow your steps but this seems above my Computering paygrade.... Dont see "Dealers.json?

What info would this return?

@Roady I don't think that will work for us in Canada.

Also I think there were some changes to that site recently and may have some new code. Dealers.json not found or anything close to it.

I was able to get this to work where I found Cupid on the Canadian fleet, but could not replicate on the US site.
