My tracker changed a bit. It used to say in production and would be delivered to dealer in XX days across the top. Now it just says in production. But the ETA further down still says 5/21, it just doesn't say "will be delivered in XX days" anymore across the top. Don't know what this could mean

While I think they made some recent changes to the tracker today, I think @succeed23 issue was just a misclick of the mouse. Clicking on each status will change the description. Example below.

My team was asked to look into Microsoft's Power Automate Desktop application, and I thought it would be fun to automate opening a web browser, navigating to the Ford Tracker, inputting the order number, vin and clicking on the accept and track button. It works great! I brought up this Forum page, and showed my team your comment. We couldn't believe how poorly this web page was built. It's crazy.

Mine too.

Mine updated yesterday to the new format without the delivered in XX days format still showing delivery next week, but the dealer says it is not close to accurate and they are not expecting my order next week, or within the next month.

My status has dropped the days portion as well. I am just hoping the tracker is broke and it having nothing to do with the actual shipping of the truck.

I am holding out hope until I make it past my ETA date.

My confusion with the Ford VIN tracker reigns supreme. Checked my trucks status about one hour ago. ETA for delivery to dealer still 06-01-2021, it no longer gave the number of running days for delivery, also there is no access to the window sticker. Just for laughs I click on delivery in the bar with dots, said your vehicle has arrived at dealership. I'm just not buying this, 04-27-2021 build date, factory bed liner, vehicle jump train when to SF Bay Area and already trucked to Reno?

@Tang , They updated the tracker today, removing the "scheduled to be delivered in xxx days".

Also, when you click on the status, it's just giving you a description of said status. The checkboxes and the dates under the status is what will change when there is movement on your specific build. Hope that helps.

The person that was provided that information stopped because he's just one guy and got overwhelmed with the requests for information. I suggest you pressure your dealer into getting you a secondary status update.

Just got off the phone with my salesman as we try to align some accessories, mud flaps, bug deflector, wheel well liners.

Truck is on schedule to be at the dealership between May 16 and 22nd and was not held up by any part shortages. ?
