just went this route I have a 23 powerboost and did a moto fab 2.5” puck spacer . Running 35x12.50x 17’s +1 offset minimal rubbing on crash bars sits dead nuts level to the eye but 1/4 higher on tape in rear
Question, what spacers did you go with? I just got my mammoth 2.5 kit in the mail but they only measure to 1.25” from top to bottom

Welp, decided to man up and throw the pucks in myself. Getting the lower control arms back up into place was a huuuuge pain in the ass but otherwise the install wasn’t all that bad. Still deciding if I wanna take the rear blocks out but I’ll wait for everything to settle first. Alignment tomorrow!

Nice man! Yes the puck spacers aren’t 1:1 ratio. Truck looks sweet almost twins! I dig the fender vents I want to black mine out or get some new ones can’t decide. I’m gonna leave the rear block or possible add another 1/2” to the rear for a slight rake. Mine sits dead nuts level with 35’s on it.

Thanks!!

The alignment guy said he needed lower control arm bolts that are adjustable so I ordered them today…can’t imagine why ford ships these trucks without LCA adjustable bolts!!

My trucks are used to carry payloads and so having the bed perfectly level makes no sense for my uses. The truck is seldom parked on flat pavement and so a leveled truck would not be level.

I do wonder why this fetish evolved for pickup trucks. Probably as car owners moved to trucks for grins.

Been through a few of the coilover sets. In my opinion, of the three sets I tried the last gen Roush fox set did the best with leveling my truck out. I did have to crank them up just a little bit but not much and it rides well. That set on 275/65/20’s and all the electronics in my platinum worked fine.

Then I bumped up to 295/65/20 with everything else the same on my suspension and I guess that crossed the threshold to screw up the electronics lol. Adaptive cruise is jerky now, forward collision alert is too sensitive etc. Will get to the dealership to recalibrate eventually.

In case anyone has the same issue with the electronics (I’m sure this is posted elsewhere) - I manually adjusted the radar sensor in the bumper to level it and that didn’t make any difference. Finally got around to adjusting the tire size in Forscan and everything works like new. Don’t know why tire size did it but there ya go

Looks great man. Sorry if I missed it, but what are the wheel and tire specs? Black rhino wheels? Definitely a killer combo!

Seems like evey coil over says their height will be lower with PB. So is rhe 2.5 puck the most height ? Also if you put a fox shock in there , could that be possible ? Thanks

Correct the weight of the powerboost is what causes slightly less front height, the best kit for max height is the eibach pro truck kit and coil over kit! They have the most height adjustment with there snap ring kit, with a max 3” rating according to there site!

Fox to me is to soft on the road I prefer a sportier feel. Like the digressive valving of bilstien and eibach. Eibach is slightly more geared to street use not as harsh on small stabs like potholes. But the pro 2r eibach coil over kit is listed 2.2” only the snap ring kit is listed at 2.75” to 3” on the powerboost!

Thanks for the info Mate. Can you please send me a link to the 2.75 snap ring kit ? Everything comes to the 2.2 ?
