I'm amazed you can get that level of detail out of them. Every chat I do is just a copy/paste from the publicly available order tracker.

This wasn't Ford Chat. This was Norfolk Southern Railroad. Once you get your railcar number from Ford Chat, do this:

Ford Canada's chat just says it's "In production" with an estimated completion date of 2 weeks ago and no ETA to the dealer. lol.

I searched around for a good bit and never found anything. Used to be able to and they got rid of that ability, apparently.

My truck is showing that it's at Roush Building 82. Why would a stock Powerboost be hanging out at Roush Building 82? It's not just sitting there either, I've showed it on the map moving quite a bit, the fuel range has gone down and a mile has been added to the odometer since I first looked at it this morning. What is Roush Building 82? Anybody?

Try Ford Chat tomorrow. I had a blend date on the 13th and then got sent out for a bed liner. As of this afternoon, my green dot went back to "confirmed" so I reached out to Ford and they gave me a rail car number and the ramp to which it was loaded from. They also gave me a specific date of arrival not a window.

Talked with Ford chat this morning, they said it is In Transit and gave me a Railcar # from Canadian National Railways. I am located in Washington state, and an ETA of April 10 to April 16. My guess is that the train will go through Canada because that is quicker (or cheaper) to get to Washington state.

Mine looked like that until about 8:30 this morning when I got an alert that my activation was complete and now I have access to the whole thing on Fordpass. I also noticed it went from 15 to 16 miles on the odometer shortly after that was approved so I'm guessing someone was in it and either moved it, or what I'm hoping, they put it on a truck to be shipped to me!

Can't you use the FordPass map to see the location now that it has been activated?

That just ain't right. That is a residential neighborhood and specifically a 2 bed, 1 bath house last sold for $20k in 2000 according to Realtor.com. All things considered, this house could use some updating and cleaning by looking at the pictures but I'm not judging...

So today I thought I would finally try Ford Chat to see if I could get any more information on my KR PowerBoost order. Order date 10/11, "In Production" since 2/15. No luck, no more information than what was available on the tracking website. Looks like I'm still playing the waiting game.

One thing that no one seems to be talking about is how much this waiting game is costing us. Every day/week that goes by, the trade in value of our current vehicle is decreasing, making the net cost of the new vehicle cost more. And then there is the uncertainty of when you need to start looking for the best trade in value - to the dealer, Carvana, CarMax, Facebook, local car lot,.... Hard to get a firm quote if you have little to no advance warning of when your new vehicle will arrive. Ford doesn't seem to care about that, and I'm sure we will not be compensated for our locality of our order or our patience waiting for the delivery.

Looking at a satellite photo of that parking lot, it can hold another 665 trucks indefinitely. At least your Ford Pass was activated, I'm still waiting for mine to be activated. Don't know if that is a good thing or bad, knowing where it is sitting may only add to the frustration.
