you could wait for OTA and see what happens next few weeks. you can visit the dealer but they dont always volunteer to do updates

you have apim ota 3.5.3 in progress which will get you to 22294. you did receive ota last September FDRS

Sync & Ford Pass are borked for me - dealership says no updates and said good luck and sent me on my way. Ford tech hotline says yes, there is an update. Can you check? Also, website says I can't get updates if Ford Pass is activated but tech hotline seemed to think I could. Any idea?

Thanks - that tracks with what Ford said. Have you ever seen an update say it was successful in the app but not be? That is what I'm dealing with, very odd.

yes I have seen that. the module was able to download and run the update but failed to communicate success back to ford server
