Blue Cruise Not allowing hands free

So here’s my About SYNC screen shots. The blue screen is a week ago. The other is from today after the USB update. Does this make any sense?

Does @Jesse-Infotainment have to physically send the USB, or is it just the files? If it's just the files I'd be interested in giving that a try if possible. My vin is on the previous page.
I did find a TSB for this issue, so I may end up having to take that to my dealer and hope they are familiar enough with the process laid out in it.

Taggin in here in case my issue is your guys issue . . .
I picked up my F150 at the very end of Nov. I drove it home from Granger, bluecruise worked great. It worked great for at least 2 weeks. Then suddenly, it just won't activate anymore. All prompts are there, it tells me "bluecruise available" and "bluecruise active, be ready to take over wheel" but it NEVER goes hands free. I'm not sure if I got an OTA update (I admittedly didn't know what I was on before) but nothing seems wrong besides bluecruise just not engaging. Is this something Granger was supposed to check when I picked it up? Do I need an update?
I have an appt scheduled Jan 29th locally (yea, that was the soonest they could get me in) but they didn't really know what bluecruise was so I'm definitely concerned they won't be any help at all.

whats your vin.
You need to update your gateway.
You can have the dealer do it or I can send it to you.

I’m curious how do you know what is missing from accessing info on our VIN?
Also I did the update today from the link you sent me but still nothing.
are you able to get information from my VIN and if so what is missing? Why is it impossible to update the hands free map expiration date?

You got to give it some time man.
I put in the instructions it may take SEVERAL ignition cycles.

I'm in the same boat as the recent posters with expired maps (10-12-2022) and no working BC. Can you check my VIN when you get a chance?
