I don’t know if that can happen. That’s usually for people that didn’t get a vin in the model year. I can’t imagine them not finishing the truck. It’s too much money just sitting there.

I don't think it will, however, I've been told by a few friends that work at GM that GM has started doing this with MY22 orders. If true, I don't see it being outside of the realm of possibility that Ford follows suit.

I have a hard time seeing it as well but with everything that has happened this year it would come as no surprise if it did. Dont get me wrong, if it does in fact happen I'll defiantly be unbelievably angry and want to hulk smash things. After I through with my toddler style temper tantrum and consumed a beer or three, I reflect on this post and laugh because i should of expected it.

Honestly wish someone from the plant could tell us the plan on these things. Know its been said before just coming to vent. We're now in the downtime period at the plant right? So theoretically thins would be the best time for Ford to finish what's laying around? Order track time in status has been going up. Hopefully that could mean they are slowly getting to our rust buckets in the back of the line. But the vehicles in status also went up a little so who knows what is actually going on up there

They shouldn’t be retooling. There was nothing changed in model years. I have been watching the later threads and it looks like they are pushing the my23 back another week. So I’m going to try and be optimistic and say they are tying to get to the old trucks. That’s just me

You're more than welcome to join. It will be funny to see a bunch of Fords parked all next to each other at a bar like the jeep people do. Since it's not a jeep thing, they wont understand why these is a parking lot full of F150s.
