Chip hold My22 & My23

I’ve picked up on the 30 day hold as well. I’m hoping that this is the case with my truck since it’s been 30 days. My dealership is a 15-20 minute car ride from the Dearborn plant so once it finally is released it should be at the dealer within a couple days. I had a relative who is in management at one of the plants look into what’s missing on my truck and from what he was told is that it’s missing the badges. So hopefully that get corrected soon.

I was starting to wonder if I was one of the only people that is noticing the roughly 30 day chip hold.

I also have an inside contact who told me exactly what my truck was missing. I was missing heated steering and moonroof modules as well as the Harman Amplifier.

Hopefully you get your truck fast. Mine is on a railcar headed to Kansas City before it's trucked to Granger in Iowa.

My dealer hasn’t really said much. I check in with my sales guy weekly and he just responds with chip hold and that’s about it.

That sucks!
I directly ask for the VVR and Granger is great with sending me a screenshot.

I guess patience is a virtue...Called myself smart, ordering the truck well before I needed it. Well that time has come and went and I'm just twiddling my thumbs hoping for the best.

You and I have a very similar build. My dealership says I should have a delivery or update by 10/7. I'll be sure and inform the group.

Hopefully you get movement soon. They are trying to get as many trucks out as possible, especially now that their stock took a major dive due to the 40-45,000 vehicle backlog.

I don't think the tracking is updating that well,
I picked up my truck on Saturday 24th, but it is still showing "Shipped" as of today

Also, I think I'm finally up to the full module count of 1,875 from 1,056 - but this only updated at the end of last week - when the truck was at the dealer.

not sure where you live or how far you’re willing to travel. This one is not used, but used prices are seemingly just as high. This one is in Indiana.

I can’t believe you guys are still wasting your time on that useless chat.
Few weeks ago, they literally told me my truck is scheduled to be delivered by tomorrow with the current status still in production in Dearborn ?
I made a pledge to myself to not care about the progress any more and just wait for my dealer to call me when it’s ready for pick up. If it’s not in by Thanksgiving I’ll let somebody else drive it.
