I apologize for being a Debbie downer, I’m a little jaded at this point. My truck flipped to “built” so the dealer contacted me. I’ve only ever seen “In Production” on the tracker. But, it only went to built status and reverted back. I have been calling Ford once a week for three weeks now. Same status as before. “Primary disposition is In Production”. “Secondary status as built”. “Tertiary status is chip hold”. Ford. Customer service says it’s “fully built but waiting on a microchip”…. GAHHHHH
I know exactly why you feel that way. I feel this is taking way too long for everyone, especially for those that ordered before us. I also feel they rushed out all the 22s so they could start the 23s.
My truck shows "Produced" and "Released" as of this morning, 9/19.
It also shows it was released on 9/18 which seems to indicate Ford's systems update the following day however I have no way to verify. This is exactly 30 days after it's blend date. I've seen a trend of trucks being moved to "Built" roughly 30 days after blend date. Seen many on this forum.
My truck was waiting on the Heated Steering Wheel module, Moonroof module and another module I can't read. These updated on 9/17. When I still had FordPass access I received a message the truck was updated to Ford Power-up 3.5.2 on 9/14. I then lost access to FordPass on 9/15 via a master reset. So they updated the software, reset FordPass and then installed the remaining modules last week.
