I've sent emails to the three people listed back in this thread, no dice.

I moved from in production to built/awaiting shipment on the 1st of this month. I think they have no idea what needs to be done on it. I've checked my module count before and after the move to awaiting shipment and again today.
Same count, same modules. Nothing has changed.

It is not all electric. You may be on chip hold or a part hold. Ford lies to all. No way of knowing if your wiper motor is missing since is now in a Lightning!
