Final built day was April 28th and got an email it was shipped with ETA by May 4-6 - then email stating pushed to ETA May 15-21 now email pushing ETA 5-31 - 6-6. Funny thing is Customer Service advises and dealer confirms - Its still in Michigan and has never left, so shipped and in transit really don't mean anything. So its a solid bet that they will miss the next ETA as well as Dealer advises it 3-4 week shipping once it leaves. The hard part is seeing that the first into the chip hold are the last out and that there is stock inventory sitting on dealers lots that went to the assembly line in April got built, shipped and delivered. So I understand why some are jumping ship. I am not in a desperate need for the new vehicle so I will wait. And then I see there are others who ordered sooner than I did and are not even built yet so I don't have it so bad. I just hope we all get out trucks soon!

I'm in the 5/9/22 build hell week. I go back and forth with waiting or buying something off the lot. Problem is when I find the same truck as my build its 12k more then what mine will be. So then if i find an XLT on a lot its sacrificing for less and still 2-4k more then my lariat order. So basically I'm stuck.

Well, just got a new ETA of July 31. Guess I'll be here awhile longer. locked in deal of over 9k off MSRP, so off the lot not really an option.

There has to be something more to your build. I’d guess that you are still waiting on the same part/module as I am. My dealer concluded that it’s something having to do with Bluecruise.
what I don’t understand is how there are other Limited trim level trucks being shipped, which very likely have that same option. My dealer (once again) claims that you can’t get Bluecruise added to your truck orders presently, only Bluecruise prep.
I don’t know whether he‘s right or wrong. What I do know is that for some reason the Platinum trip level vehicles seem to be, for the most part, on hold.

I don’t know. I’ve had the activation button in FordPass since January and my modules list includes 754.
The VVR only shows shipping / carrier delays.

I just find that hard to believe. I think your truck has been sitting way too long ready to ship; It has to be something else. Who really knows though(clearly not us). I wish you luck!

Yeah I don’t know what it could be. Maybe something failed a QA check and replacement parts are on back order.

These are some of the holds my truck has showed at the plant during its production cycle (still in production now), maybe it’s got something to do with the aluminum thing? LooKs like it says aluminum certification?

Yeah. You got yours in 6 months. I have a chip hold ETA that will put me at almost 9 months before its fully built then lord knows the shipping fiasco that will be happening then
