🧭 Track Your F-150 Order by VIN Number

My money is on rail though. I know you would love it by truck. They use to have a 240 mile limit or something like that but don't know their guide lines now.

Im thinking about this today.
I live in South Texas. 250 miles from here and I am still 250 miles from anywhere else---Except maybe Mexico.
Closest city west of me---El Paso @ right around 600 miles.
East is Houston @ about 250, but I have no desire to go there.

I know it's early in the week, but I know the kind of luck I have. And seeing several people from last week's build get pushed back to March has me worried. I left a message with my dealer to check my build status, but I haven't heard back yet. I'd rather know sooner rather than later, I guess. But each time someone else says their status changed does give me a little bit of hope. ?

Got my VIN from dealer today. Ordered on 1-20-21. VIN status update on 1-28-21. Status secondary is Scheduled to week of Feb 22-21.

My F150 was built 01/06 and was suppose to be delivered on 02/06. My dealer called me on 01/30 and said the computer was telling him the train car it was on is sitting in a rail yard in western NY, and the delivery date had been changed to the first wee in March. He called me this past Tuesday at 6pm and said a car carrier just pulled up and my F150 was on it. The dealer had the spray in bed line put in and I'm picking her up tomorrow.? I ordered it on 10/14.

Yes it was, it was a surprise to the dealer also. Agin Bob, thank you for all the info you and many of the other members shared. it made the wait a little easier.

My dealer won't send me a screenshot of the status page for my truck. I have had a VIN for a couple of weeks, my understanding is that once I have a VIN, it's been assigned a tentative week for building right?

Go to the first post of this thread, enter in your VIN and bring up your window sticker. The build date will be on the top.

I know, unfortunately I don't have a window sticker yet, as I don't have a build day yet. I'm just trying to find my build week at this point

Does it seem odd that I have a delivery estimate date (3/12) but no Built or Shipped date? I got the sticker on 1/21, had a blend date of 1/30, and the status has been unchanged for almost a week now.

I don't know about another dealership, but these guys at Ford Performance were really helpful when my dealer wasn't getting back to me. Just give them either the VIN or the Dealer code/Order number/last name if you don't have a VIN. And be polite to them, they usually only track Performance orders, but one guy there in particular has been super helpful with my F-150.

My dealer didn't seem to understand what I was asking, but I emailed these guys last night, and Matt from their team got back to me this morning! My truck is currently scheduled to be built the week of 22 FEB 21!

There are a number of these. There seems to be a problem with the tracker updating the status. From what I’ve read if you got a eta then you are good. The dealers info is more up to date.
