Removing rear factory block?

Has anybody removed their factory rear block out of curiosity? If so, was it easy and drop photos if can please? TIA!

Oh nice! It’s hard to tell from the picture but i’m guessing your truck is nearly level now?

Yes, after removing the blocks you are pretty much level. Buy a ratcheting 13/16 end wrench, I've yet to find a deep well that can put the nuts back on after removing the block. You can do it with a regular end wrench, but it takes 4x the time.
