Anyone in this thread from Michigan and received their truck yet? I’m just wondering how the ETA is since we’re near the truck plant. I’m 15 mins away from Dearborn truck plant and ford said my truck is on chip hold and says it’ll be at the dealer before April 25th. I’m just wondering if it’s possible to be there earlier than that and how long it usually stays on chip hold?

I finally received my shipped email this morning. ETA of 4/26

Starting to feel a little dejected. Ordered end of November and really wanted it by May 1. Thought that would be plenty of time (5+ months). Still not showing "built" and sitting on Ramp 51 last I heard. Looking pretty thin that I will make that date. We sold our other car and down to one. Wife has to go out of town for a couple days, so kinda sucks.

What did your email from Ford say your ETA was?

April 14th is the ETA. I chatted with ford online today and they said there’s a secondary status called: “Delay - rail carrier.
This means that the vehicle is impacted by carrier equipment failure, interchange delays, off loading delays, yard congestion, equipment shortage, or Diversion.”

anybody ever seen that Delay - rail carrier issue before?

Yea I’m in the similar boat but my wife is gonna be gone for 6-8 weeks. But I keep hearing different things about the spray in liner. Some saying it’s not done until after the chip hold and could delay up to another 6 weeks, and others saying it’s done after production then goes into the chip hold. So if it’s the first I may not see mine until mid June/july
