Is the ramp code on the window sticker supposed to update? Mine has been the same since it was initially available weeks ago.

Nope I ordered mine from local dealer hear in Madison just north of Charlottesville

Hopefully there is a Ramp closer to Madison. Heck Petersburg is closer than Philly.

Well when i was looking into where maybe my truck would go to i figured it would go to Petersburg. then i seen NS services baltimore also so i figured maybe them 2 were my options then i have been doing research the past week because its killing me no one knows where my truck is "lack of communication" then other trucks that are dealer stock orders also have the same ramp code also.

Do you know what train & car your truck is on? Your dealer can provide that info.

they didn't give me any info when i called a few weeks ago. I haven't called since then because i was hoping that my truck would just show up between my delivery dates. then my dates changed and i haven't called or stopped by and talked to them. I know it was dropped off at the VOLTZ yard in KC. if i could get the rail car number i can track it at work because we deal with NS and have a tracking system for rail cars

The dealer has access to a Ford program that covers the history pf each vehicle. That's where I've gotten all the information on my truck including Build week, Built date, rail line & rail car # etc.

they mustve been holding info because they wouldnt tell me anything but that it was built. they said they get an update from ford daily about what i guess is coming and they said they would keep in touch with me but it seems like ive been the one keeping in touch with them. this is what i meant by "lack of communication" in my other post.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the new truck.

I just ordered my first Ford. '22 Limited. The more I read on these forums, the more my stomach aches. You make a valid point on expectations when spending north of 80k. My '12 Tacoma has never been in the shop other than scheduled maintenance. My only complaint is getting in and out; at 6'4 290lbs, it requires flexibility, especially when my wife forgets to move the seat back.

Anyway, hope you get those issues sorted out and are able to enjoy the new ride.

Don’t fret too much, you can assume the small % of people who are having issues are amplified here because the people who don’t have any issues don’t have as much to say.

I apologize for the delay. It’s impossible to describe how amazing this truck is so far. So far: PPF full nose, ceramic coating, ceramic tint on all windows, except the windshield, new FX4 decal, Bakflip X4s tonneau cover, FORScan changes complete, front/rear mudflaps, and rear wheel well liners. Leveling kit next month
