Do you have a Carmax near you? Also a place like Carvana can give you a purchase number.
If it's not too late ask to see the offers on "smart vincent" they can select all and submit, then the programing chooses the best combinations. Yes it seems correct that all offers do not coordinate.. I don't think they have any reason not to get you the best offers..
I'm not sure what kind of price you are paying for the truck you ordered but if you are paying MSRP i would expect to get no less than top KBB value for the condition of your trade. If you're paying top dollar for the new one then the market would suggest that your trade is worth that as well. I would say they are trying to get you a little since it is a custom order and they think you will buy no matter what. That's the problem i see with custom ordering a truck is you lose a little negotiating power because they know they have exactly what you want. I ordered one myself but i'm willing to walk away and let it go if the numbers don't work out to what i want within a reasonable amount.
They can do better on that... Use KBB and tell them you know better!
But what value on KBB? I always feel like my tucks are nice and well taken care of - I try to get Private Party Value which would be top dollar on a trade - if you can get somewhere between excelent trade and private party value you've done ok..
I trade about everything 1-1/2 to 2 years or 60,000 miles due to a work vehicle plan. I usually shoot for KBB very good condition value and that has worked well for me. I consider my trucks to be well maintained and cosmetically as close to new as you will get for a couple year old truck. I know others that i work with just don't clean their truck very often and they take a hit when it comes to trade in. I have purchased several truck from the dealer that i ordered my truck from and the salesman is very aware that I take good care of all my vehicles there for he doesn't hesitate to ask the sales manager for a little more when i'm trading even without seeing the truck at that current time.
I guess there's no 1500 trade assistance for the MY22 trucks?

Looks like a good majority of the list is now delivered.. Of the 22 Dearborn trucks actually in the build week I count 14 deliveries. Judging by posted pictures I don't see any chrome package trucks delivered so I'm wondering if that's why my truck has not shipped yet?? Any of you guys with delivered tucks chrome package?
With the XLT 302A Chrome pkg was automatic unless you paid more for a different pkg.
My question was not about preference - I'm just trying to see if the package could be a reason for my truck not shipping.. I don't see your truck on the sheet - what was your blend date?
