I too just called Ford Marketing and was told I have an ETA of 1/17 and an availible PCO. I already had a $2k one that expired yesterday but is "protected" by the dealership for use on the truck. Has anyone figure out what the new PCO is worth? They gave me the ID number but I haven't been able to get a hold of my dealer yet.

They told me $1k.

For anyone that is getting PCO information when they call Ford Marketing: are you asking about them, or are they just offering up that there is one associated with your account?

I called to inquire about my truck, and they offered the PCO. I did not ask.

Now what I don't know is if Granger will honor it... I know there was a $1k custom order incentive available last year, and I thought they said I would qualify for that. But maybe it's either incentives at time of order OR incentives at delivery. In my case, both are $1k. If anyone else knows, I'd appreciate the info.

I was told that I had a new one in my account and they gave me the reference number. I asked for info on it and they wouldn't provide it. Told me to talk with my dealer.

The last time I received one, I got a folded flyer in the mail. Probably would have tossed in the trash as junk mail but decided to look at it before opening the can.

Called ford marketing. Still in production but got a PCO!!!! Hoping truck is delivered before it expires at the end of the month.

Can't figure out where mine is. Dealer said shows Dearborn Ramp 59, but the main sales guy said it was supposed to be delivered Jan 2nd.

She offered it up after taking my name/address information. Gave me a certificate number and I believe she said 3k, expires in April some time. I've sent a email to my dealer to see what they can tell me.

Just called the Ford Marketing number and they confirmed my truck is built and waiting on shipping. Still scheduled to be delivered to the dealer on January 8th.

Just got an email from Ford about the 3K PCO that expires April 4th...this one says cannot combine with any other commercial or private offers. Last years $2500 PCO did not have that restriction...hmm

Gave the marketing team a call, still "in production" no delivery ETA. They did look for any PCOs prior to me asking and I did not have any. So I assume when you call they look and tell you if they do.

I was supposed to be a 12/23 build so I'm late into that week so it may be expected.

10/10 would call them again.

I just got off the phone with Ford customer service. They said i don’t have any attached PCO’s. I’m quite pissed right now because of the MSRP hike too.
