Lol, not saying that you are. I’m just trying not to get on the naughty list with my dealer. I’d call him every day if I had it my way.

No modules for me, PALS still showing "pending", of course trackers aren't working, and no emails from Ford. I'm flying blind. Hopefully my truck has been built or is finishing up on the assembly line now.

Woke up this morning to some, hopefully, good news. Dealer confirmed build date was 12/20, but never quite stated it was in production. But this morning, my modules showed up as well as Activate button on FordPass.

Here's the news I received from my dealer. Apparently my build date was moved up to 12/21 from 12/22 so, I thought that was a good sign, but:

"yes, it shows December 21 but does not show PRODUCED. Rather, it shows TBD (to be determined). I don't have anyone I can call at Ford to ask what is going on with your truck's production. I wish I did but they don't return our phone calls when we try. So the tracking device I have may have issues too. In the end, Ford decides which ones they're building first, and when they're building them."

This has been the most time consuming vehicle purchase of my life. Ford continues to advertise for custom orders, but their customer service, IT platforms, and pure lack of communication with the customer and the dealers is incredibly piss poor.

I added the FordPass App. It found my truck via the vin, but I'm unable to activate my vehicle. Also it's showing a lightning and not a Lariat.

I hope the wait is worth it.

From what I read it could take 1-5 days to actually populate (updates nightly) and may or may not align with when production ends. Another chapter in the Ford tracker saga.
