If you open the ford pass app on your phone and go to add new vehicle and then put in the VIN of your new truck it should show up on the home page. Right now mine has a picture of a lightning and then right below that there is a blue button that says "Activate Vehicle". Up until about an hour ago the activate button was not there.
Have you pushed the activate button yet?
You can push it but then you need to confirm the activation on the truck as well. So it won’t do anything until you take delivery of the vehicle.
Like Kobl0019 said you can't doing anything until you have the vehicle to confirm the activation on the Sync 4 system. I had issues activating my wife's expedition because it came in so soon after production. Ended up talking to Ford about it and the lady found some fine print that said a vehicle can not be activated until like 5-7 days after production and i was trying to activate it like 3 days after it was produced. The button at this point is nothing more than a glimmer of hope that things are on the right track for getting your truck pretty soon.

My blend date was 11/29, this morning at roughly 8:15am EST the Mach E tracker updated to show build date was 12/1. At roughly 10:45am the Ford Pass app showed an activate button. As of right now, no tracker is showing any type of update (even the module build data is still blank).
