So, it's the 12th day that my truck has been sitting at the railyard a few miles from the dealer. Is there any money lost because of this? It appears the destination fee is a flat fee rate regardless of how long it takes to get to the dealer. I believe the dealers have no control of this process. I wonder what the longest delivery delay from railyard to dealer is?

Is it even possible to call NS or CSX and ask why a specific railcar hasn't been unloaded in two weeks ?

Is it even possible to call NS or CSX and ask why a specific railcar hasn't been unloaded in two weeks ?

It's worse than that. It sat loaded for a week. now, trucks were unloaded last Friday morning and are sitting in the yard awaiting transport on a carrier to the dealer. Also, the delivery date has moved out a week for our trucks. So they will be sitting in a lot for up to 2 weeks, plus the week on the train in the same spot.

I can't do anything with UR at all. when I put in my vin, site just resets so I don't thin they have anything to do with things in this area.

I drive by another transport lot on my way to work (2nd one in Houston) and today I saw 6 transport trucks loaded with Toyotas lined up full and leaving the yard. SInce I drive the same way all of the time, I see trucks loaded and moving daily. So I'm not buying the driver thing anymore. LOL.

dealer surprised me with a phone call, ready to pick up today. Should have pics today or tomorrow. Also just picked up my Supra yesterday after waiting for about 6 weeks on the ECU. Christmas came early!
