XL workstation doesn’t know it’s stowed.

Truck is a 2024 XL RCSB, with the work station mounted atop the center console .
I have been getting a warning, accompanied by chimes, that my work station atop my center console needs to be stowed. This, while the work station is stowed and the console is folded up.
It usually happens after startups and lasts for a few miles, and sometimes it happens whenever.
One thing I noticed, if I keep the console folded down on the seat, it does not happen. It doesn’t do it every single time, but when it does happen, it tends to happen for a while.
Does anyone know of this problem? Is there a connection that I can check?

There is a connection on the hinge side of the console that you can disconnect. If the warnings go away the problem is with the switch in the workstation. If so you could just leave it disconnected. Of course, defeating a safety is never advised.
