XL vs XLT Interiors

Having a hard time seeing the difference between the materials and fit and finish of the XL 101A package and the standard XLT 300A package. Does the XLT have any better quality plastics, cloth, soft touch surfaces, etc over the XL? Also interested in the XLT 300A vs the 301A quality differences. Just looking at the quality/fit/finish of materials differences, not the features. Thanks

XLT 300a adds carpet, power mirrors, cruise and different color interiors and a few other little things, comfort/convenience related.
XLT 301a adds power driver seat, keyless entry, trailer hitch, leather wrapped steering wheel, dual zone auto climate control. Maybe a couple other things
XLT 302a adds 12” infotainment center, keyless start, dual front power seats and I would guess a few other things as well.

I ordered a 301a as I wanted just a couple of those items and had no desire whatsoever for a bunch of unwanted technology.
I did, however want a couple of creature comforts.
After 40+ years of driving basically “base” trucks with stick shifts, I decided if I HAD to get a pickup with an automatic, I should get a couple more things as well.

This is my first pickup ever with an automatic and power windows.

edit—301a also adds an 8” display for gauges and truck info in instrument panel. XL only has a 4”
