Why will this site not display my window sticker

When is your build date? Typically the window sticker isn't available until within a day or two of your build date.

Hmm interesting. Two thoughts

1 - try this tracker https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details

2 - go to your dealership website and see if you can locate your truck there. If it’s in transit sometimes the dealership will list that and give you the option to show the window sticker.
