I ordered a 2021 Lariat on 9.21.2021. My dealer entered my order on 10.27.2021 into the Ford Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) and I received a confirmation from Ford on 10.27.2021. The confirmation from Ford said my 2021 was being converted to a 2022. As of yet, I have not received any incentives to convert.
My dealer says yesterday he doesn't know when I will receive any incentive offers. Perhaps upon delivery.
When does Ford offer incentives for converting 2021 --> 2022? When the order is confirmed? Upon delivery? ...?
