What's up with Ford Chat.

Have been chatting with Ford since I ordered my New truck in November. Usual wait time is a couple minutes with one or 2 ahead. Today got on and it stated that I was 23rd in line. Wow! That seems excessive. Must be a lot of people are getting anxious for their new trucks. Really to bad that Ford has done such a bad job of keeping people informed. they have been doing this a long time so no real excuse for it. I am a bit disappointed since it is my first experience with them.

I call them weekly and am progressively less patient each time they recommend that I reach out to my dealer for more information because my dealer never has more information than Ford does. The people on the Ford Marketing calls and chat don’t know the vehicles like we do. The conversation about pro access tailgate was a big struggle. They didn’t know what I was talking about.
