What's this for? Used to be 12v power in 21's.

I noticed on the 22's without the center console no longer have 12v power in the lower part of the dash. Now there's what looks like a hook. I pulled on it (an XLT in the lot) and I found there are wires attached to it. Does anyone know what this is for?

I think the determination was it was just a cord holder.

With the harness there, though, I bet you can easily add the 12v socket.
