Water bottle storage locations?

Does anyone have a spot or trick to keep their water bottle from flying around the cab? I have a Hydroflask that I take everywhere and all I've come up with so far is wrapping it in a hoodie. Old truck had the front bench so I'd squeeze it under the armrest and the seat, it was perfect. I've put it in the center console which isn't ideal, and to do it right I have to shove something else in there so it doesn't rattle around. There are what, 10 cup holders and none that can hold a Nalgene or Hydroflask.

I was looking at those, but I was seeing people complaining about it scratching their cup holders which would drive me crazy. Might have to suck it up though. It's a 40oz Hydroflask.

My wife uses a bunch of stickers from places we've travelled to to protect her flask.

I don't mind the bottle getting scratched, it's the truck's cup holders getting messed up that would drive me nuts.

i recently found ‘mug buddy’ sold on Etsy. It expands out to kinda lock into the cup holder so it won’t scratch.

Ingenious idea, I have a 40oz RTIC I use for work and it’s nowhere close to fitting in a standard cupholder. May have to look into one of these!!

So I got a cup holder adapter that works for my 40 oz Hydroflask. It fits in the cup holder well, and though the Hydroflask is a little loose and seems like it might flop out it hasn't so far. I don't want it up front though so I also ordered some 30oz Yeti Rambler Tumblers for easy drinking when I'm in the truck. If you're going to get any Yeti's go through their website, everyone on Amazon is marking them up over 200%.

I put silicone wristbands on my Hydro to protect it from dents & scratches. Maybe that will help tighten yours up, or possibly too much...

Update: Pulled out with a bit of zest today with a full 40oz Hydroflask in the adapter and the whole thing went flying, adapter and bottle.
