I received a VINView update for my 2025 F-150 Platinum that states: "Plant Quality Hold Off-Site (380)". Does anyone know what this means beyond the literal statement?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think I can better explain what it means, but I can share my timing since I had the same status:

Ford F-150 VinView update question 1736200856853-6z

I went from having the spray-in bedliner done on 12/7 to going into Quality Hold on 12/9.

I stayed in Quality Hold until 12/30.
It was put on a rail car earlier today.

Interestingly, I optioned for the spray-in bed liner as well. Wonder if that puts it into a “quality hold” for the bed liner to dry/cure.
Thanks for the response - what system does the information provided come from?

I don't believe the bed liner would sit in Quality Hold to cure. I did see another member was in Quality Hold for a week and has shipped.

The attachment was sent to me by the dealer from VinView. He then signed up my email for VinView alerts so I don't have to bug him :)

I did get signed up for VinView alerts, but hadn’t seen them all together as the dealer document you have.
I’m hoping the “quality hold“ results in Ford paying extra attention to my build to make sure everything works and the body/interior is perfect. Not bothered at all with the extra time it is taking to ship if it means a better truck.
