I copies music files from m'y computer, on a 16gig usb stick. I organised the files into folders. IT worked fine at first, the system can Play the music files without any issues. However, after a few cycles of Starring the Truck and tuning IT off, suddenly the system cannot access the usb stick anymore. I tried removing IT and plugging IT black but nothing happens. I tried plugging IT in a different Truck, same thing happens. The usb stick seems corrupted. Is There a solution ?

USB stick corrupted or just defective. I would load up a different brand/quality stick. Also, format it as a eFat stick.

Have you tried playing it on your computer? That will tell you if it is programmed wrong .

Yep, sounds like a stick failure, especially if it also won't play on your computer.

IMO it's very unlikely that your truck is or caused the problem, much more likely a stick failure.

Just burn another on a quality drive and try again. I'd avoid the very tiny thumbnail-size drives which are almost flush with the port when inserted, they can have trouble dissipating heat.

Format them FAT32 for best results.
They should play M4A, MP3 and WAV files, I don't think Flac will work , but who knows everything changes.

I don't mind a redirection of this thread at all, and welcome responses to your question, but perhaps a new thread with a descriptive title would better catch the attention of those who can offer useful suggestions?
Thanks! I’ll give that route a try.

Yeah SD-card and usb stick can go bad. I just replaced 2 32gb sd-cards last week for my dash cams.
