Underbody cleaning?

Hello. Recently bought a used 2021 crew cab XLT 4x4. I’m the second owner and based on the Carfax the first owner was in Michigan. I’m in Kentucky. The underside of the truck has a bit of surface rust already from what I can guess is from rough Michigan winters. I asked the dealership that I bought it from if they would clean the underside really well as it’s has some very fine sand like dirt packed in some areas particularly under the bed. Well the dealership did a half ass job on the bottom. The outside was nice and detailed but not much time was spent on the bottom.

Today is the first relatively nice day we have had and when I told my wife I wanted to pressure wash the underside of the truck she had a very confused look on her face.

I got this for our pressure washer. Seems to keep things relatively clean when I get to use it.

I have a floor attachment for my pressure washer. I set it upside down on a 4 wheel furniture cart and ran that back and forth several times.
