Tracking by rail - I give up.

Got the rail car Number BNSF314374

Called 1-800-235-2352 about ten times. They cant understand what I am saying. They get a different letter wrong each time. So I never get past the car initials. Tried typing it in as well and they are confused. Their AI sucks.

Anyone have any pointers?

Well that was a lot of work and frustration for nothing.

I finally figured out the system and once I got through, my rail car shows No Status.

Ford Chat on the other hand at least was able to tell me it should arrive btwn 6/9 and 6/14. I believe that is to Mira Loma. It will be another week after that to get to my dealer get prepped I am sure.

Yeah for sure. It doesn't change when I will get my truck but it would have been fun to track it each day. I will try again this week to see if it ever pops up with a status and location.
