Tire size fitment chart by lift amount

I have been reading this forum and researching on various other sites and watching a crap-ton of videos but no one seems to have a list of what tire sizes actually fit different heights. There is a lot of anecdotal reports (usually with a direct contradiction) causing even more confusion.

Is there a reliable comprehensive chart or list of what size tires will fit with different level/lift heights?
for example:
22 F150 3.5EB 4WD
1" lift -> 2XX/XX R20 or 2XX/XX R18 etc?
2" lift etc...
2.5" etc...
