I have found that keeping the generator powered on cuts between 2 and 3 mpg. Not being a Scrooge - just say'in.

My experience is it has 2-3 mpg vampire load by just having it on with no usage, nothing plugged in.

How do you know if it's on if nothing is plugged in?
