Text to speech issue

I am currently running sync 4 with an android phone using Google messages for texts. I mostly have the phone connected via Bluetooth vs android auto. When a regular SMS text comes in I get the pop-up on the screen and if I hit "hear" it speaks the message fine over the sync system. If a group MMS message comes through it still pops up on screen but if I hit "hear" it speaks 'from person 1, CC person 2, and gives a time and date stamp followed by the message. Is there anyway to change this to just hear the actual text message and not all the other stuff? Searched around but can't find anything. My 2019 sith sync 3 did not do this. Thanks!
